INTRODUCTION

Co-Curricular Activities are an integral component of Pelita School’s Multiple Intelligences approach to teaching and learning. These activities supplement formal education in the classrooms, developing versatile students who are ready for the challenges of 21st century life.

STRUCTURE

The letters P and S of Pelita Schools serendipitously form the backbone of our CCA Structure for both Primary and Secondary School.

OBJECTIVES

  • To cater to the individual needs, skills and talents of students by providing a rich selection of CCAs.
  • To develop positive relationship among students and teachers through engaging in co-curricular activities.
  • To nurture and develop physical, intellectual, emotional and moral intelligences in the students.

FACILITIES

The school has a host of facilities to support the extensive CCA programmes offered – a football field, 3 badminton courts, a basketball court, a volleyball court, an art room, a music room and a dance hall.

TEAM

The CCA team strives to plan, drive and implement dynamic CCAs for the whole school. Most programmes are offered throughout the school year while other activities change
on a termly basis, allowing our students the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities. CCA activities are managed by experienced coaches, instructors and teachers.
